What it means
Tweaks an old guide changed on your PC before Compy existed — found by checking a short, curated list of known patterns against your current settings, on demand and read-only.
More detail
Compy only flags exact, documented patterns — never a heuristic scan, never "registry junk". Every finding shows its receipt: the value found, the Windows default, and what it actually costs, in plain English for your hardware. "Nothing found" is a first-class result, and a setting Compy can't read is named as unchecked rather than counted clean. If you set something on purpose, it's yours to keep — Compy can't tell who set it, and says so.
The Compy Blackbook holds 174 graded entries like this one, judged against your hardware — and every change it does make is reversible, with the receipt to prove it.
